At Intentsoutdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
